How it works:

  1. Files upload directly to AWS S3 (no server storage needed)
  2. Lambda function extracts frames from videos using FFmpeg
  3. Each frame is searched against only this person's face collection
  4. Matches are sent back to the app automatically via webhook
  5. Review results on the map or matches page

⚠️ Processing may take 1-5 minutes for videos depending on length.
